I am very pleased with the excellent hospitality I received. The staff greeted us warmly upon arrival and assisted with our luggage immediately. Valet service was available, made check-in quick. I observed that the resort features a spacious lagoon pool and a private beach, both great amenities. The room was spacious, with a king-size bed and well-stocked bathroom.

helpful staff generous supply water bottles

The staff was helpful and very polite. I found the room to be bigger than average. The housekeeping team generously supplied us with water bottles daily. It was a nice touch.

adequate, but some issues

weird policy stiff staff

I wasn't thrilled with a few things . the smoking policy was really strange. I couldn't smoke outside by the pool or even on the beach! i had to go to a designated smoking corner. also, some of the staff seemed a bit stiff and not very understanding about it. this made it a little uncomfortable.
